iGaming SEO pricing packages, published in full

Most agencies hide iGaming SEO pricing behind a form. Ours is on this page, and it covers four surfaces rather than one: organic search, answer boxes, generative engines and AI assistants. Every tier includes measurement across all six AI surfaces.

One thing worth saying plainly, because the tier names do not: this is not an SEO retainer with AI bolted on. Classic organic search is roughly a quarter of the work. Every tier includes measurement across six AI surfaces from the first month, and the answer engine and generative engine programmes begin at Growth. The comparison table shows exactly where each surface starts, so nobody has to infer it from a feature list.

Why the link number is a target and everything else is a count

Every figure in those tiers is a commitment except one. Content pieces, pages optimised, phrases tracked, markets, observations and reports are all counted, and if a month falls short the fee is prorated. Link placements are given as a range, because between 17% and 44% of gambling outreach is rejected on open marketplaces and more than that on the sites worth having.

An agency advertising “12 DR60+ backlinks a month” has either found a pool that accepts everyone, or it drops its quality floor in the last week of the month to hit the number. Both are worse for you than a range and a rejection log. We publish what was refused and why, every month, which is the part a fixed count makes impossible.

If you are comparing this page against a quote that counts links, compare the rest of it too: how many phrases are tracked, how many pages get touched, how many AI surfaces are measured, and whether the report arrives in a month where nothing moved.

Placements are a target, not a guarantee: 17% to 44% of gambling outreach is rejected. Publisher fees are passed through at cost with the invoice attached.

Link building is split in two, and the split matters when you compare quotes. The work — prospecting, vetting against twelve published rejection criteria, negotiation and placement — is inside the retainer from Growth upward. What the publisher charges is passed through at cost with no markup. An agency quoting “ten links a month included” has priced those placements into the retainer, which means you are paying their margin on the media cost and cannot see what it is.

If link acquisition is the only thing you need, it is priced on its own page: a management fee from $600 a month for the work, with publisher fees passed through at cost and the invoices attached. The transacted market rates are published there too, so you can see what a placement should cost before anyone quotes you one.

What each tier actually buys, across all four surfaces

  • /Starter $900 — solo affiliates, tipsters and single-market operators.
  • /Growth $1,900 — established affiliates and operators running two to four markets.
  • /Scale $3,900 — multi-market operators and B2B suppliers.
  • /There is no tier above Scale. One person cannot staff an enterprise programme, and pricing one would be a claim rather than an offer.
  • /Link placement quoted separately at cost, because gambling link pricing varies tenfold by market.

For context on the market we are pricing against: Google files gambling under Your Money or Your Life, gambling links cost 50% to 200% more than mainstream equivalents, and roughly 70% of paid inventory is closed to licensed casino brands. Those three facts are why iGaming SEO carries a premium at all, and why we publish where ours sits.

For reference on where these sit against the market: Google files gambling under Your Money or Your Life, UKGC-licensed work carries the heaviest compliance overhead, and SPA, GGL, AGCO and PAGCOR markets each need separate content, not translation. Core Web Vitals and hreflang work is included at every tier because indexation caps everything above it.

Sources for the market comparison: the $1,500 to $2,500 productized range and the $3,000 to $5,000 custom retainer band come from published 2026 agency ranges; the 50% to 200% link premium is ICODA, April 2026; and the 70% closed paid inventory figure is Track360, June 2026. SeoProfy publishes from around $8,000 a month for tier-two markets.

What these prices do not buy

They do not buy rankings, which nobody can guarantee honestly in this vertical. They do not buy link placement, which is quoted separately at cost. They do not buy paid media management, which we do not run. And at Starter they do not buy multi-market work — that tier is deliberately scoped for one market, and stretching it across three would produce nothing useful in any of them.

What we will not quote for

Some work does not belong in a monthly retainer, and some does not belong with us at all.

  • /Rankings, on any timeline. Nobody in this vertical can commit to a position honestly, and an agency that does has told you what it thinks of your ability to check.
  • /Link placement inside the fee. Gambling placement costs vary by a factor of ten between markets. Bundling it would mean overcharging most clients to subsidise a few, so it is quoted at cost, separately.
  • /Paid media, affiliate programme management, or brand advertising. Different disciplines with different specialists, and roughly 70% of paid inventory is closed to licensed casino brands anyway.
  • /Multi-market work at the Starter tier. That tier is scoped for one market on purpose. Stretching it across three produces something useless in all three.

If your requirement is forty landing pages live next week across six languages, a larger agency is the right answer and we will say so on the first call.

The tiers apply the same way to a sportsbook as to a casino, though the work differs: betting content moves faster because the publisher pool is wider, and poker or bingo programmes usually sit at Starter or Growth rather than Scale.

How many clients this can take

Eight retainers at a time, and fewer if several are at Scale. That is not a scarcity tactic, it is arithmetic: reading a site properly takes a day, a monthly report written by hand takes half of one, and there are about 160 working hours in a month.

It is also why there is no Enterprise tier here. An operator in a tier-one market with a procurement process will ask for references, a service-level agreement and cover arrangements if the one person is ill. Two of those three do not exist yet, and quoting a price for work that cannot be staffed would be exactly the kind of claim the rest of this site argues against. If your requirement is genuinely that size, say so and you will get an honest answer about whether it fits, which will sometimes be no.

When the list is full, the free audit still runs. You get the report and a realistic date, rather than a sales process for a slot that does not exist.

Buying one thing rather than a retainer

Three things are sold on their own, because not every operator needs a programme. Starter, Growth and Scale are retainers for continuous work. These three are one-off purchases.

Published August 2026. Index pricing is per market because each one is a separate prompt set in a separate language.

Link placement is quoted separately at cost in every case, retainer or not, because gambling placement prices vary by a factor of ten between markets. Bundling it would mean overcharging most clients to subsidise a few.

We do not sell AEO or GEO as isolated one-off projects. Both depend on fact consistency and third-party presence across the whole site, so a project that touches four pages produces a number that does not move. They sit inside the Growth tier upward for that reason, not as an upsell.

What is not included at any tier

  • /Link placement cost. Quoted separately at cost, because gambling link pricing varies by a factor of ten between markets and bundling it would mean overcharging somebody. Placement is handled through our own outreach agency.
  • /PBNs, parasite placements and paid link networks. We do not use them and will not buy them on your behalf at any tier.
  • /Work for unlicensed operators, or content targeting markets where gambling is prohibited.
  • /Ranking guarantees. Any agency willing to put a ranking promise in a contract has told you what it thinks of your ability to check.
  • /Paid media management. We do not run it, and given that roughly 70% of mainstream inventory is closed to licensed casino brands, you probably need less of it than you think.

Questions about pricing

Why are you cheaper than the other agencies?
Because the research, the audit work and the drafting all take a fraction of the hours they used to. Work that used to take 15 to 20 hours a month now takes 5 to 8. We pass that saving on rather than pocketing it. Strategy, compliance judgement and review did not get cheaper, and we will not pretend they did.
Why is iGaming SEO expensive at all, then?
Link acquisition costs 50% to 200% more than in unrestricted niches because most publishers refuse gambling. Content needs compliance review. Most markets need native writing rather than translation. The premium is real; it is just smaller than the headline quotes suggest.
Do we have to sign up for a minimum term?
Three months, then rolling monthly. three months SEO does not produce data worth judging, so a shorter term would simply waste your money. After that we would rather you left than stayed on a contract you regret and told other people about.
Can we start with just an audit?
Yes, and it costs nothing. The One market, six surfaces covers one market across 6 AI surfaces with 3 competitors, plus a technical index-coverage pass, in 48 hours. You keep the report and the raw data regardless of what you decide next.
What do other iGaming SEO agencies actually charge?
Published 2026 ranges put productized mid-market iGaming SEO at $1,500 to $2,500 a month, custom retainers at $3,000 to $5,000, and premium work at $5,000 to $10,000. Larger operator engagements are quoted anywhere from $5,000 up to $45,000 a month.
How does this compare with hiring in-house?
A four-to-six person in-house SEO team came to a median of $19,400 a month across 23 surveyed iGaming operators, once every cost was counted. The real difference is not price though: an in-house team learns your product better, and an agency sees more markets. If you already cover technical, content and links well, the honest answer may be that you do not need us.
What is not included at any tier?
Link placement cost, which is quoted separately at cost through our link building programme. Paid media management, which we do not run at all. And work for unlicensed operators or prohibited markets, which is set out in full on the compliance page.
